Paul Hudson (BSc, MSc) is a highly qualified Lecturer in Sports Science and Health, a professional Sports Massage Therapist, and a certified Mindfulness Teacher. With over a decade of experience in teaching, coaching, and high performance sport, Paul blends scientific knowledge with real-life insight to support clients in achieving both physical recovery and mental clarity.
