  • Paul’s 1:1 support focuses on Mindfulness which is a scientifically supported mental training practice that has been shown to provide a wide range of mental, emotional, and physical health benefits.

  • Mindfulness is an effective tool to support many psychological disorders and mental health conditions including stress, depression, anxiety, addictions, chronic pain and much more.

  • Evidence-based mindfulness interventions - such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) - are widely used in clinical and therapeutic settings.
