Paul brings his many years of educational knowledge and personal experience as a coach, teacher and lecturer to share and support others in understanding how their mind works, so they can feel better, improve their overall well-being and enjoy a better quality of life.

 

The workshops and courses explore various themes, combining mindfulness and meditation with evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), neuroscience, and positive psychology.
